CUISINES OF MÉXICO

Mexican Cuisine is far more varied than one might imagine. Every state has it's own specialties influenced by what ingredients are available fresh in that area.

Of course we have the obligatory Mexican Combination Platter on our menu but why not experience something new and ever so slightly exotic?

Each year, in our "Cuisines of México Month," we feature an exquisite cuisine from one of Mexico's 32 states and offer a special menu with a sampling of the best foods from that region. Our chef visits the area for a month of extensive training and we then fly in any raw materials that are not available in Baja California to prepare entrees for the Showcase Menu.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

Most every weekend and holidays, our house band, Yari's Group, provides live entertainment in our Lobby Bar from 8:30-11:30PM.

Most weekend mornings, a live marimba provides a lively atmosphere to accompany our Breakfast Buffet.
